burn in/ ghosting PLEASE HELP!!

I've had my Pioneer PDP-4360 for around 2 years now. Only now am I starting to notice what I think is burn-in/ ghosting (basically boarders on the sides) On certain channels only...
I'm over my 200 hours and have been on dynamic setting since the beginning.
Is there anything at all that I can do at this point to fix it???
PLEASE, PLEASE HELP!!

Basically leaving an all white screen on for prolonged periods to wipe the screen, or watch all HD material for a long time, or a combination of both. Also, stretch your SD material.

SD is standard definition material (not HD). Whether it's a DVD or cable, make sure it fills the entire screen.

Standard Definition. not High Definition.

Keeping the brightness and contrast up high, which dynamic mode probably does, will make matters worse.

I've seen people run static (or "snow", which is all the colors randomly dancing around everywhere) over night with some success. good luck.

Problem is; I don't know of any snowy channels....???

What is DYNAMIC ??? What levels (between minimum and maximum) are the color, contrast, and brightness ?

Also, make sure the screen is 100% filled except when watching OAR DVD's. If watching 4:3 TV (SD or HD upconvert), stretch it.

Don't use your cable or sat box; Use a normal terrestrial tuner (the kind that needs rabbit ears to work and receives "over the air") either the built in one of the set (if it has one) or from an outboard VCR or DVD recorder. Don't connect an antenna and you should get snow on nearly every channel. If your tuner resorts to a blue screen under such condition, set a channel that comes in quite fuzzy but just enough to keep the tuner from resorting to blue screen. Blue screen can also be disabled on some units and is often called "video mute".

You think a self-proclaimed newbie guy that had to ask what "SD" means will know "OAR"?

(Original aspect ratio, in case anyone needs to know)
