The Home Theater 101 section of the large Sony HDNA ad in the October 4 issue (1036) of the Rolling Stone magazine has this to say:
Sony BDP-S300. It's a dual-mode model that can handle all enhanced features on ether Blu-ray or HD-DVD discs, and delivers state-of-the-art sound with Dolby's new Digital Plus audio decoding capability and individual speaker settings.
This can't be right? Can it? Could somebody please try to put a HD-DVD disk in a Sony BDP-S300 and report back what happens? Thank you.
