Is your suggestion about DirecTV's terms of service based upon your reading of it, or just your gut instinct? Because I do not read it that way.
However, that being said, I am not interested in having a pointless debate about contractual construction issues here.
I am only looking to discuss the technical issues surrounding the ability to receive channels that once came in clearly and now are not received at all.
To that end, you suggest that "DirecTV plays with the spotbeam transponders from time to time and that spotbeam may have been moved so it doesn't reach his location anymore" and that may be the answer to my inquiry.
