(Offer requires a renewed 24-month agreement.)* Effective May 16, 2013, the DIRECTV PROTECTION PLAN will increase by $2 per month to $7.99. It's about friggen time I don't have to play russian roulette with moronic CSR's and retention autobots, don't have to threaten, lie, cajole, beg, etc, etc to upgrade.
It's not perfect, but it's a HUGE leap.
