Has anyone thought of the Kuro Blob effect making itself known during testing or the Color points not being as good compared to the panny and sammy.
Just because you spent alot more money to have a slightly better black level does not mean the overall picture is better then the rest.Fine tuning that kuro for the perfect kuro picture just amazes me. You have to work so hard to get kuro perfect picture as seen in kuro thread which makes me wounder....Should the consumer have to work that hard after spending more money then needed for a Plasma...The answer is no or maybe Pio could direct link to AV kuro thread to help new owner achieve a positive picture outcome.
If Pio was able to buy some Add space at CP all ratings would be fixed guaranteed.....
They didn't seem to have a hard time calibrating it. No service menu
adjustments needed and grayscale was pretty accurate out of the box.
To say that you have to work hard to achieve a perfect picture for a
Kuro is simply inaccurate. More than likely you do not own a Pioneer, and
probably own a Panasonic or Samsung which is fine, they are both great
tv's in their own right. I researched all three mfg's and decided on the
Pioneer because it best fit my price range and needs. Not everyone is
willing or can afford to pay a premium for a certain product, and that
is very understandable.
The bottom line is all these tv's produce an outstanding picture.
Please don't bash on Pioneer because of what they charge for their
product, just don't buy it. Samsung and Panasonic make great products
and most people would be more than satisfied. Heck, if I couldn't afford
the Pioneer I would have bought either one.
BTW, I have no blobs and my color points are pretty accurate to me.
