Forgive me. I am a noob at this. I am weighing buying a sub $200 manual pull down 92" screen versus building on using behr silverscreen on hardboard.
The DIY seems like alot of work, but I have read that manual pull downs can develop wrinkles and waves over time.
Is this a result of it being pulled up and down or just gravity? I plan to leave the manual screen open 95% of the time if not 100%. There isn't a vent near the screen so I don't think screen movement would be a problem.
