This may be an insignificant, but does Vista have a way to auto change the wallpaper with a fade out transition like OS X?
My brother is an OS X user, and demonstrated it for me. I thought this was a nice option.
Vista is fully integrated with the video card just like OS X, so technically, Vista could do the exact same thing.
