Hello everyone.
Amateur screens too, I'm from the same place as Urga.
Come here also share our passion
You are all welcome

Do not pay too much attention has Urga, in fact it does not say much, there is lack of affection, which is like say: A cute little dog in search of hugs, wagging its tail, it show you his mood sometimes naughty.

For movies, the 100" Steward screen with a JVC RS20 is used. There is nothing like a big screen for movies. This is the best of both world.

Here's an update a year later. I am still very happy with the 151. It looks even better after UMR calibrated. I wish I had more time to watch it. It gets used only about 4 hours a week.

I also did some small upgrades. I replaced the Revel Studios and Voice with Revel Salon 2 and Voice 2. These are pretty good speakers for music and HT. They are a bit tall but I am getting to them.

Absolutely. Although everything's better in person, the Kuro doesn't get all this hype for nothing

I haven't had time to read through this whole thread. But, what is it that makes these TV's so good. The pics in the first post are insane. I've never owned a plasma, and have a GT25 on the way. How will it compare to this? Again, just insane, the quality.

Primarily black levels. Funny thing is the amazing pics in the first post are from the 8G Kuro. The GT25 should be comparable should you get it calibrated (or do one yourself) but I know Panny still has some issues to work out still that Kuro owners don't need to worry about.

How does one take great pictures of these? I'd be happy to do some ISF Day/Night/Pure comparisons but my digital camera is pretty average and I know next to nothing about photography. Any hints would be appreciated.
