Last week I emailed WHV to find out some order status information. It sounds like thier ordering system they switched to in early September still has some issues. Here's an excerpt from their response...

We do not have an updated status for Smallville: The Complete Sixth Season (BD) yet because we are currently experiencing difficulties with our new order tracking system and are unable to provide specific details on order status at this time. We appreciate that this is frustrating and apologize sincerely for the delay in confirming details. We intend to have the issue resolved as soon as possible and will provide information as soon as we have it. Thank you for your continued patience as we go through this system change.

I think they are getting better and almost caught up with current orders...
I placed an order there on September 30th, and received my three titles yesterday, October 8th....these were all previously released catalog titles though, I'll have to wait and see how they are doing with pre-orders in a couple more weeks to see if my two Kubricks show up on my doorstep then...

Same here.

The order I placed was for Dog Day Afternoon, Rio Bravo, Viva Las Vegas, all of the Kubrick releases on 10/23 as well as the Blade Runner suitcase.

The first 3 I received yesterday.

No complaints with the service since the shipping was free, and the movies cost $15 a pop with the discount code.

You guys are lucky then, the order I placed in early August still hasn't shipped. Still waiting on Deliverance and Twilight Zone(streets this week).

Still no ship for me ordered on 11th of August, I think they are filling them off a stack and us guys who ordered in early August are at the bottom.
