If any one has a pioneer elite with a cable card , can u please tell me the advantages of having a cable card with an elite plasma. I am consider ing purchasing one, but is it worth it?
The cable card lets you get native resolution and then have it converted to the displays setting. Some cable boxes do pass native, but keep in mind that there is still some form of processing that happens in the cablebox.
The feeling tends to be that the picture with out the cablebox is better.
