i just sold the system out of my car and am without sound and it sucks!!! my question is: is there a way to convert my RCA's back to speaker wire so i can hook up the speakers back to the HU without having to hardwire the speakers to the deck? i dont want to have to rip the car back apart right now and then have to do it again when i decide which amps i am going to use.

thanks

i know that at walmart they have converters from speaker wire to RCAs for factory decks so you can hook up an amp but i need to go the other way.

As long as you didn't rip out the factory speaker wiring, and I can not imagine anyone doing this, then its all still in place. Just get a basic deck with a car harness adapter, reconnect the speakers to the factory wires and you should be done in an hour.
