Space would be the biggest issue there.
We've invested in a new CNC so we can actually cut faster than we build.
We're moving our paint over to the matte finish over Odye due to much shorter cure times. This is leading to 30 some odd items being painted a day...pretty much Matt is in there 8 hours a day now painting stuff.
We really don't have much more room in the actual wood shop to assemble things, but we don't need the room so much as just more time in the day. Thanks to the new CNC, they've been beating Matt in getting things built. And we've just hired another full time and part time guy back there, been in there for about 3 weeks now.
Somewhere around 50 boxes and 3 people in a room with a CNC that takes 1/2 the space gets really crowded
All that said, yeah, I know about orders not happening thanks to lead times...and it sucks...a lot.
