Make sure that you check everything before you let Fed Ex go. If there is any damage to a single scratch, you can always choose not to receive it or you can make sure Fed Ex delivery guy acknowledges it in black and white or electronically, so you have a record of it when dealing with warranty issues. Check the packaging and have Fed Ex acknowledge it as well whether you can USE ORIGINAL PACKAGING if you need to return it due to defects as their warranties demand that you use original packaging or warranty is void.
Members just have to get it that because people do voice out their issues, frutstrations and horror stories doesn't mean that we are the enemy.
