JVC 37x668 vs. Toshiba 37HL66

Decided on these two (or possibly even the Samsung Model LN-T375H)

I have seen all in person and tried to play with the settings. It is still hard for me to evaluate in the store environment.

Actually, they all look good.
So anyone have a preference on reliability?
Any other things to consider?

I sit 8 feet back from the set, so I dont think that the 1080p of the JVC set makes a difference, and the other units are $100 cheaper.
We also watch a lot of SD, so would 1080p actuall be worse?
