After several calls to tech support, a tech visit, two H20 replacements a talk with customer service and a talk with D* complaint resolution department I finally have an answer. The problems I have chronicled with CNBC and FBC have been verified as a program transmission problem. The fellow who was most helpful was from the complaint resolution department. He is going to run this problem by their tech people in program transmission in hopes of a fix. The weird thing about this whole situation was that the guy from complaint resolution was the only person connected with D*, a multi-million dollar company, that had access to a TV while talking to me to actually see what I was describing.
They told me a call is forth coming by the end of the week to relay their plan of action. I will pass on what was told to me.
