Success - 3.8 downloaded over VOIP line

I installed a new hard drive (WD 120GB - my second one) last evening and after a couple of "update did not work" episodes, It worked. Version 3.8 took about two hours.

It verified that a VOIP FAX line (vonage) will work although slower than a landline.
