Here's my 3 choices....
harman/kardon AVR 247 or Pioneer VSX-1017TXV-K or Sony STRDG910
Any thoughts about them ???

I have an Xbox 360 + the HD DVD drivd add-on... in Component (video) and Optic (sound). So im able to watch dvd, hd on my plasam tv.

I just bought a PS3 and of course i want to watch all movies in 5.1PCM. But my receiver doesnt have a HDMI.... so right night it's in optic in my receiver... so dont have the 5.1PCM.

So it's why im trying to find a new receiver so i could enjoy all the sound of it (5.1PCM from bluray, DTS or DD+)....

Thanks

I believe the Pioneer does video switching only over hdmi. You won't get multichannel pcm unless you step up to the Elite series.

For Elite, you even have to go above the 90 for HDMI audio.
