Can I use cable from DirecTV Dish?

I'm going to be mounting an OTA antenna (Channel Master 4221) this weekend. It will be going right next to my DirecTV 5-LNB satellite dish and the cable will run from it to the same spot where my HDTV receiver is. My question is: can I use some type of signal splitter to use the same cable for both my OTA antenna and my dish? It would be such a huge time saver not having to run another cable from outside to inside... But if it will mean a loss in signal quality then I'll run another line.

Thanks for the help!

No, you can no longer diplex with the new 5 LNB dish.
