I just put the cover on since it's been running smoothly for a week. If you want a SFF case, I like the Shuttle case/mobo/ICE cooling system, although I would recommend some changes to their design, especially making the power supply modular so I didn't have all sorts of wires left over that I had to stuff into a crammed case. Still, it runs cool enough despite one fan in their ICE system, and they were helpful in diagnosing a bad SATA cable during the install process.
If anybody ever wants to build something similar, PM me and I've got a few tips for the build process. Startup time is roughly 12 seconds, although that is an increase from the <10 seconds before I installed an antivirus program.
Games like MW1-3 play very smoothly with the GT430 (the resolution is limited to 720p by the TV, so that helps with the strain on graphics cards).
Audio is running through SPDIF due to an HDMI handshake issue with content and my receiver.
I'd recommend a different SSD for most builders, as the stability of the Sandisk drives is relatively unknown compared with Intel, Crucial and Samsung. The new Intel drives look nice and they're coming down in price from being 50% higher than competitors for similar speeds and size.
Specs:
Shuttle SZ68R5
Intel i5-2400s (chosen for the 4 cores and 65w TDP)
16GB Corsair Vengeance Low Profile Blue RAM
Sandisk Extreme SSD 120GB
(2) Samsung F4 2TB
LG BluRay Rewriter
EVGA GT430
Ceton InfiniTV4
Windows 7
I am waiting for Logitech to release their new remote lineup as I've had nothing but trouble with the Harmony 650 (and its replacement), and it looks like the 700 is not much better.
The rest of the system:
Onkyo TX-NR609
Martin Logan ML-2 (5.1)
LG 50" Plasma (I want to upgrade/upsize, the wife has other priorities)

Assassin's guides are very helpful in customizing WMC and an HTPC in general.
Tulli was amazing in sorting out a problem with my display through HDMI.
