The title says it all (almost)
Im after a DVD Recorder with:
-SD DVB tuner card (edited, I RTFM
-preferably analog 6.1 or 7.1 output (although these seem to be rare. I may have to update and move to digital)
-upscaling to 1080p
-all the standard read/write + DVD-A and SACD (these audio cd/dvd's are the thing I've been having the most trouble with)
-hdmi 1.3 pref (for future-proofing)
I dont mind if it has a harddrive, this is not a requirement. but a unit with the listed features will probably have one.
Would also like PC connectivity, although it is also not a requirement.
I will me plugging it into a 1920x1080x60+ monitor -without speakers.-
so all audio will need to come from the same source to avoid needing an AV reciever (which I would like to avoid at all costs... it will be an addition later, but not under consideration at all now)
I curently have a 7.1ch (analog only input) audio solution.
If I think of another else I'll let you know..
