need a receiver for headphones only

I need a receiver that i will be using with my sennheiser hd555 and hd595 headphones. I plan to use the optical out from my pc, so SPDIF is a must (HDmovies will be 2 channel PCM anyway). I don't plan on hooking it up to any speakers either if that helps. I am looking for the best bang for my buck here. Thanks

You should look for a headphone amp with a digital input, HERE.

If you just need something to decode a digital source for a headphone, one of these will do
