I have a Dalite Cosmopolitan Electrol screen (thanks to Jason @ AVS) and want to control it via IR (or IR-> X10 as I have a converter) and I'm wondering if anyone has solved this problem.
I know Dalite makes a $300+ IR kit for it, but thats a bit much IMO, and it requires converting the power transformer.
So, I have the included 3 way switch controlling it now. It has 3 wires coming in -- one hot(white), one up(red), and one down(black). So, I need an IR or X10 switch that will allow me to short out either white & red OR white & black.....and prevent both red and black from getting juice at the same time.
Does anyone know what can do this? I thought about wiring x10 light switches on each line but that causes the possibility of both getting current. So, I need an "A or B" switch.
Any help would be appreciated!
Thanks!
