Just in case someone is reading this for the first time and just diving into the the whole HDMI thing, the best resource I know to point people to is this one from Blue Jeans Cable
. The explanations are simple, easy to understand, yet 100% correct.
For my HDMI cable that runs behind the wall that goes from my receiver to my TV I opted to step up the quality a bit and went with the BJC Belden Series-FE
12 foot. The cable is of quality build and didn't have to break the bank to get it.
For all my other HDMI cables (heck, ALL my other cables) I go with Monoprice every time.
