Onkyo sr505 component video passthrough

I'm trying to play my wii using the component video cables on my Onkyo SR505 but I can't get any video. I have the wii hooked up to a component input and my TV hooked up to the component output. Is there something else I need to setup? Any help would be appreciated.

I haven't tried but I know the wii part works as I've plugged it directly into the tv and it's fine there. I just don't know if there's something I need to turn on to get the video switching to work on the receiver.

You need to start narrowing it down. If the DVD player doesn't work ether, then the AVR or a setting could be the culprit here. If the DVd works, then look at the wii
