Any idea why there are so few HD-DVD releases that play on regular DVD players when there's good options for doing so? This will be reticified very soon with the introduction of the TL Twin - 3 layers - 1st is SD and the next 2 are HD - all on one side - will hold a 130 minute movie.
It just got final approval from the DVD Forum. Expect to see it being used next year, with the addition of the DL Twin - 2 layers - one of each - holds a 95 minute movie.
