Man, you are one tough customer!! The guy replies by email, and you criticize him in public for not responding. Then he comes here to correct what you said, and he says he did respond. Then you changed your story saying that he actually did, but it was too short of a response. This even after he responds in detail in a public thread after tracking you down specifically. I've got to say, this is some of the best customer service I've seen (from D-Sonic) but yet you're still managing to criticize the guy. Unbelievable.
I wouldn't have bothered to post this, but you also publicly criticized another ID manufacturer in this thread, for not responding to your email quickly enough, after they responded in something like 1 business day. Fair warning to others.
