There's a help file that describes your problem and gives some solutions. See "Map Your Own" Solution here.
However, in the Local TV Info and Reception Forum, several Minn. users gave you info and answers to their same problem which you didn't mention (and never responded to).
One solution was the same as in the Map Your Own help file: combine the RF main number with the Virtual subchannel number. Another solution in the help file is to tune the desired channel and set a timer program with whatever ch. # it automatically enters in the menu.
Here's some of the history in that other forum for consideration. I wonder if the other mfrs of offending equipment mentioned there fixed their tuners?
Wow, that's a lot of information. You are so helpful.
My Sony TV still has 26.6000 which it skips to give me the 26.xxxx block starting at 26.6001. The 2160A and 515H show 26.1 as scramble then move the whole 26.xx block up by one. Despite a lot of changes at my headend nothing on my end has changed. But it's a minor issue since I have no problem recording anywhere. My TV is discontinued (two years old) yet still gets updates. It's a crazy world.
