cloth velcro cable management

I am looking for a 4" wide flat fabric strip with velcro on the edges to hold my cables in place when I do a temporary party set-up, its like duct tape but without all of the glue.

3M makes a duct tape now that leaves no glue residue. Teal color I believe.

thanks, I seen the stuff but it was unmarked. Its not a sleeve like loom, its just flat.

Getting close. Probably wouldn't last as long as some cordura nylon fabric and velcro.

That stuff will hold the cables to the floor, but what about damage to the cables by people stepping on them? I'd look for another solution, at least for where the cable cross a high-traffic area.
