Not sure why they are rushing this out, it's hardly gonna have any pre-order time for dealers only being 3 weeks & 5 days away. They will have to ship to distributors a couple of weeks from now.

Is it worth a watch?

It was alright. It was about 30 minutes too long. As soon as it picked up momentum it'd stop dead in it's tracks and bore you to tears for a while, pick up again, slow down again, etc. It didn't do well in theaters and the name of the movie does not fit with the movie at all. I think the whole thing was done sort of half-assed.

Agree, but I'd call it whole ass :P
I like Ben Stiller, but hated this movie. Should anyone decide to waste money on this..get the regular dvd.

I agree. I felt sorry for my neighbor's 16 year old daughter who was at the movie with her stuffy puritan parents. They left and she rode home with us. That would have been awkward for her when she got home.

I agree with everything said here. The Farrelly Bros.' movies are always a balancing act between the crass and the grossly funny, and crass wins out here big time. It's not offensive, it's just not funny. The movie's climactic sight gag, which involves pubic hair, is staggeringly unfunny.

Is this movie as bad as Envy? I'm a big fan of his but hated that film.

Makes you wonder if Paramount/DW had a quota to fill and failed to meet it in 2007, given the disappearance of Jack Ryan.

Great, I loved this flick. Definite buy for me.

Given that the Jack Ryan Collection is 4 films I would say "no". They are releasing this because they want it out while it is still fresh in peoples heads. This movie was a flop so they don't wanna risk waiting too long and have people forget about it.

The original with Charles Grodin and Cybil Shepard is hillarious with some excellent social commentary of marriage and love.

Every critic and person I know who saw it said this remake sucked so I avoided it.

It was great.

Terrible movie. Jokes fell flat. Did horrible at the theater for a reason. Not worth a HD purchase. But that's just my opinion, enjoy!

I don't agree with many of the haters of this movie. I really enjoyed the movie. I guess I enjoyed it more than the average person because I saw GOOD LUCK CHUCK a couple of days before THE HEARTBREAK KID. Now GOOD LUCK CHUCK was HORRIBLE !!!

Michelle Monaghan's presence must make this movie at least somewhat enjoyable.

The movie was a flop, so lets rush it out on HDM!

I just don't get it. You mean to tell me there is nothing better (critically and/or box office) they could have released?

Saw this on the shelf at BB tonight, this was in Corona California, maybe 10 copies @29.99

I want to know who the reviewer on the front is that says this is "an outrageously hilarious comedy." I'll stay the hell away from any movie he/she likes. This movie was simply terrible, sorry to say.

I really have no clue why I bought this since i have hated every Farrelly movie since Me,Myself and Irene but i keep giving them a chance expecting Kingpin, Dumb and Dumber or Theres Something About Mary. I think I just like spending money.

anyway, i'll watch it tonight and let you guys know

I thought this was a pretty funny movie... I enjoyed it. Plus can't go wrong with the women they chose for the movie... 3 good looking, petite, ladies.
"From the guys who brought you There's Something About Mary" is already sufficient to prevent me from buying it, or even renting it. I hated that movie (and the fact that I find Cameron Diaz one of the worst actresses alive didn't help either), it's the kind of "comedy" that I despise. Although I like Ben Stiller

I thought this movie was kinda funny, but it's very forgettable. When I saw the name of it - I didnt even recognize what it was. I'll have to rent it to see how I like it the second time

Netflix sent this to me today
