I would disagree with this.
I have very consistent measured power on dedicated lines and a very high end stereo system with amps that draw a lot more current than any TV ever would.
No problems and dead quiet.
The PIO, however, is not quiet.Not as bad as others are reporting, but a concern nonetheless that I am monitoring and unhappy with.
The PIO has a design issue and they clearly have a large tolerance for what they deem acceptable noise from the unit. I do think people react to the noise differently.
Some can live with it and some cannot.
The picture is extraordinary and aside from the buzz it is a great unit so far.
Really too bad.
I will say that at 75 hours of break in - it might be a bit better than it was at 40-50 hours.
Maybe I am telling myself that.
