Monitor Options for PC

After buying a new desk, my old Samsung 950p just takes up too much real estate and I'm looking for a nice LCD monitor somewhere in the $250 range. I'd appreciate something with 3 year warranty, cross-ship policy, and maybe bad pixel guarantee. No gaming, TV, or movie watching being done. Strictly for work. Got some suggestions?

What size are you looking for? Widescreen, 4:3 screen?

I was just browsing Circuit City's website and noticed a Samsung 932B (19" 4:3) priced at $250. Samsung makes a nice lcd monitor and they come with a 3 year warranty, not sure about the pixel gaurentee, I believe it is somewhere around 7 stuck pixels before it is considerd bad.

Widescreen. I was looking at buy.com and the list of monitors in and around that price range (22") was staggering.

How about these two: Samsung 2220WM http://www.buy.com/prod/samsung-2220...205689262.html
or the Viewsonic: http://www.buy.com/prod/viewsonic-va...205631230.html

Both are at or below your $250 price range and come from respected manufacturers. The Viewsonic spcecifies a 3 year warranty, not so sure about the Samsung though.

There are tons to choose from in this price range and it is hard to go wrong. Even the little known brands like BenQ and HannsG offer nice monitors at this price range. IMO, I would go for a little more known brand if you can find one at this price though.
