The Illusionist Italian Blu Ray Region Free?

I asked this question awhile back, but didn't get a response. Does anyone know if the Italian Blu Ray of The Illusionist is region free? It is listed on dvd.it, and is listed as region 2 (which means nothing really since most sites list HD DVD's and Blu Rays incorrectly). Thanks in advance.

According to this list it is region free. I am pretty sure the list is accurate too.

AQ is fair, only a DD track, that's about it. you get a DD EX track in italian too.


PQ, it is an step up from the SD version, but anyway this movie had a unique style to be put to BD, anyway it holds, and I'd give it a 7 out of 10.

Thanks for the info. everyone. After I found out that it was region free I went to order it-Just some more info. for those of you thinking about importing this title from dvd.it- it is 24euros, and then the cheapest shipping cost is another 15 euros, so I guess I'll pass (approx $55).

It's $41 shipped. Ouch. Fox owns this title in the U.S. I'm sure it'll come out on BD here, but who knows how long.

i ordered the Illusionist and The Protecter from dvd.it then 4 hours later i checked out tony's site and they had the illusionist i wish i had waited since i paid through the nose for the shipping from italy.

If this had a lossless soundtrack I would buy it right now but $41 is a lot for a title that will eventually get a lossless soundtrack when Fox bothers releasing it here in the U.S.
