Thanks for the email! Sorry for the delay in response. I've been working hard on production lately and haven't had a chance to sit at the computer. The RMA's were neglected by previous employees, which caused the dismissal of said employees. So we're playing "catch-up".
If employees are being dismissed more likely reasons would be people are being laid off due to a lack of incoming orders. Just the latest excuse as to why people who have legitimate issues are being ignored.
We've been working very hard on satisfying active RMA's, as well as maintain assembly and production. The delay is our fault. Once we evaluate your RMA, either an email will be sent to you or a phone call will be made.
Oh, please. More stall tactics. What about that guy who finally got his speakers and subs shipped only to find out that the subs got 'lost'?
Whatever the case may be, we will definitely take care of you as much as we can.
Feel free to email me any time.
Just don't count on a prompt response.
I heard that ED didn't attend the recent Iowa speaker show and declined requests by some people to come on by and get a tour of the facilities.
Folks, if you've got outstanding legitimate issues with them, contact the Iowa AG and get some governmental assistance because if you don't, one day you'll click on that website and it'll be dark.
