Can you tell Vista which tuner to use?

If I had a system with dual ATI TV Wonder DCTuners in it, one with a cableCARD installed, and the other functioning just as a clear QAM tuner, and I set a show to record, how does Vista decide which tuner to use? Is there a way to tell Vista which tuner to use?
