Well, I watch DVDs for one :-) There are still tons of releases which are or have been available on DVD and are not out on Blu-Ray. Many of these likely will be a long time coming to Blu-Ray, if ever.

You know I was kidding. To be clear I still watch a fair amount of DVDs since like you say there are tons of things out there that are not on BD (or on DVD for that matter, thats what downloads and LaserDisc rips are for). Also quite often the BD version of a movie is not at Blockbuster or available online or hopelessly queued up by others. Just this Christmas break I have watched at least 3 things on DVD, two that are unavailable in BD; The Ice Harvest, Home for the Holidays and Rare Exports.
