Ok, a reimplementation of my post with the addition of the picture which wasn't working, and a more in depth which shows the phenomena to some extent I have made in Paint.
I'll start from the beginning...

I bought LocoRoco Cocoreccho today from the PS Store and I was wondering if you guys notice slight subtle" left behinds" of the colour presented on certain objects when moving around the cursor in circles rapidly around the object in particular, such as those edges resembling an "S" thingy intervening your way. I'm Running it through HDMI 1080p, tried with the along coming components and it wasn't as discernable. Is it due to the nature of HD? Hope it's not a TV issue =(
Here's a pic I hosted, very small I have marked the S thing with black circles... just open it up.

It's not present there because it's not in motion however you'll see what I mean with the S thing, it's just an object inherent to the game so that's not the problem in particular. When moving the cursor around that object or any other of which you'll notice small "left behinds" where the color follows the certain object to some extent, like in slowmotion when the particular assets body is still visable as the body progresses forward with its blur following it. Hope you know what I mean, just try moving the cursor around an object rapidly and see how the object remains while you move the curstor. Since the backround is pitch white you'll be able to discern, is it still pitch white around the object when moving it? Aren't there lines following the object? It's hard to explain though.
Heres another pic, an example of the phenomena emphasised on the "S" object

Keep in mind though, the three lines presented on the Paint depiction solely by me aren't that detailed in the game, they're alot more lighter but Paint won't allow me to make them slightly subtle or transparent. In addition the lines are discernable only in motion and not specifically against that angle, it orbits around the "S" thing depending on how you move the cursor throughout your session, try moving it in circles and you'll notice it orbits in circles as well.
I hope it's not a TV issue as someone I spoke to earlier also sees it on his TV, albeit not a Sony x3500
I haven't experinced any other smearing issues designated previously by others.
I appreciate replies!
