My Video Card Died
How do i get a replacement that will play threw the hdmi
i have tried a 8400 gs that say it is HDCP but when i try to run the cable tv it says it is not complaint
Help!!!!!!!!!!!!

Go to; http://servicesales.sel.sony.com/eco.../web/index.jsp and contact them with the part number (which should be on the video card) or just tell them the model number (VGX-XL3) and request for the HDMI video card.

Also be ready to pay good money, yes, anything Sony is expensive for some funky reason.

Just resurrecting this thread to say I used techieg's regedit trick. there was only two instances of displayhdtvres. changed value to 0. 1080p success. Took me awhile to get screen size right. Had to use a setting on the TV, Sony Bravia.
