Optoma Hd70 colors stop working and unit shuts down...

My HD70 loses its colors intermittently then a short while later will shut down. Its like the picture is still there but the colors flicker then it is goes black and white and shuts down. This keeps happening and I only have 482 hours on the bulb...anyone else have this problem?

Thats what I am going to do on monday. I just thought that maybe someone else had the same problem and maybe I could fix it with a FW or something. Thanks.
