This number is in States but their service extends to Canada too.
I have made numerous attempts to contact the BenQ store, both by email and by phone (the 800 number though). The emails get stock/generic responses telling me to call the 800 number. When I call the 800 number, I either get hung up on/disconnected (I always find this suspicious), get put on hold for 20 minutes (which is my max), or get sent to a voice mail for a manager where I never get called back.
I even sent BenQ an email asking if they knew of any projector company that would like my $2,500, no response.
I will try the 949 number tomorrow though. I'm really anxious to get my hands on this projector, especially now that the new firmware addresses the CCA/CMS issue.
