Again, non-Mitsubishi lamps cause all sorts of problems. You got the red light originally because of a bad lamp. You still have a bad lamp. (Yes, new lamps can be bad, as evidenced by many posts on these forums.) No amount of googling or wishful thinking will change that fact.
As for the temperature problem, if it had that issue, the set would display an overheating warning before shutting down...
