PLV-Z2000 won't respond.

I was trying to set the custom start screen on the Sanyo PLV-Z2000; then I turned it off and turned it back on.

I can turn on the projector with the remote/button but nothing else works. All I get is a blank black screen that says "HDMI 1". I can't access the menu or turn it off. I have tried unplugging it off from the power source; still does the same thing.

Anybody else experience this?

In case anyone faces the same issues; I ended up sending the unit back to Sanyo QRP .. they covered shipping both ways (overnight - FedEx) and took around three days to fix it.

The diagnosis:
REPLACED IC1392. ADJUSTED IIC DATA
