Wow, very nice!

How far from the screen is your front row?

What projector are you using?

What is the screen made out of?

nice screen.my question tho, is that an air vent directly inside the hush box? I would tend to think that would introduce dust and in turn be sucked into the pj. NOT GOOD

The air duct is blocked to prevent that..... Thanks for your comment.

The front row is 15ft from the screen and the second row is 20ft. I'm using the Optoma H77 HD2 projector (Old but it works and support 1920x1080.

I bought the 1.3 gain screen material at ebay for about $120.

Look at this thread (Compliments of "tr6"):
http://www.avsforum.com/avs-vb/showt...=933667&page=2

I used the pictures at the beginning of the thread to construct my curve frame using 2x8 lumber.....

Wow, you are using the H77 and you feel like you have enough light on the screen? This is very positive as I planning a 149" screen and my front row will be at about 12.5' and second row at 17.5'. I will be using a 1080p projector so I am hoping the viewing distance will be ok.

Cool, I am familiar with tr6's thread. I am planning to do something similar if I don't go the way of a metal frame.

Then it is not 1.3 gain. In fact, it is likely not even 1.0 gain. Just FYI.

Very cool great job, what is the design on your side wall made of?

Thanks for this. Looks very nice.

You have raised back row seats. What is the best (or the easiest) way to achieve this.
