RX-v1800 and RX-v3800 - What Speakers will work well

I am a newbee and would like recommendations on what speakers I need to get with the yamaha receivers (v1800 or v3800) I am considering for my home theater. Room size is 17X11 and it is in the basement. Will be used for movies,music, tv. I am getting a HD projector installed.

Any ideas/suggestions are welcome.

I was thinking of Infinity TSS-4000 (with smaller surround speakers) or TSS-1200.
