All of a sudden today when I click one of the links to add the movie to my Que I continually get this error message and nothing more:
ARE YOU SET UP FOR BLU-RAY?
We noticed that you're trying to add a Blu-ray disc to your Queue. Please confirm below that you have the necessary equipment to view Blu-ray discs.

Note: Blu-ray discs WILL NOT PLAY on a standard DVD player.
I have a Blu-ray player and HD compatible TV.

Do not display this message again.

I have not had this issue before? anyone else?

I think their site is broken today. I tried to report an issue with a HD DVD I received, but I click on the problem type, submit, then the screen goes blank. Clearly something is not functioning properly today.

Did you ever set the format preference in settings? Maybe they started forcing that to be set before adding a Blu-ray. ???

Question reguarding shipping speeds. I used to be a Netflix user for the past year and shipping was always 1 day. Drop the movie in the mail monday, they get it tuesday and ship out a new disc, I get that disc wednesday. This was in Denver. I quit the service due to time and not getting enough blu-ray discs.

Now I live in Los Angeles and I decided to try Totalaccess. My first movie took 2 days to ship. Shipped on monday and I didn't get it until wednesday. I thought it was just new account delays. So I sent it back and they got it immediately next day just like Netflix and shipped out a new one, only again it says it will take 2 full days to get here. Is this normal? Don't they have a distribution center in CA or near LA? If this is standard shipping times I'm canceling and going back to Netflix.

I live in San Diego and 98% of the time shipping is one day. They are shipped out of Santa Anna, if I recall correctly. I think that's just south of LA, so I don't see why you shouldn't get them in one day.

I always turn in my movies to a local BB before they close so BB ships out my movie the next day. I've *never* mailed one back to BB.

Thanks for the info. I'll give it 3 discs to see if it is a pattern of 2 days returns.

2 days for Blu-ray's is normal for me. Sometimes 3 days. I can get SD movies in 1 day though so I figure they ship Blu-ray's from a different location. YMMV

Hi klac,

Thank you for all your work on this thread.

Over the last month when I visit BB to exchanged my OL mailer for an in store rental, I noticed that they have 6-8 BR for sale of a certain title and that same title might be 1 or 2 on the shelf to rent and of course, they are out.

It is very irritating to see 8 copies for sale at full retail price and no copies of the same title to rent.

Oh well, thanks for letting me vent!

You're welcome.

Wow that's a lot of copies for sale! I doubt they sell very many at $35. It's pretty much reversed at my BB. They're stocking 1-2 copies of some titles for sale but they seem to have bumped up the copies for rent to 4-8.

Is anyone else having this problem?

Whenever I click a link to add the title to my queue, the site asks me whether i have a blu-ray player and HDTV. and once i select yes and click next, it just goes to the same page again. Its not adding the title to my queue and just keeps giving me that same page.

Its working for me. Have you set the disc preference option in your account settings?

Anyone know when Wrestlemania 24 will be available?
It came out today.
I had it at the top of my queue yesterday, but the next movie shipped instead.

WRESTLEMANIA 24

I received both Parts One and Two today from Netflix. I watched the first 13 minutes and couldn't take any more. God was it terrible.

They're going back in the mail tomorrow for you fans.
