Sorry if this has already been answered

Is it possible to have 2 queues using BB online? When I had netflix, I had a SD queue and a HD queue. That way I always had an HD movie, even if I had to wait an extra day to get it

Has anybody seen "Bee Movie" on BD at any of their local Blockbusters? I can't find it online or in any of the stores. I'd like to rent it, but it seems like Blockbuster didn't order any for some strange reason.

I thought it also to be strange, my local Blockbuster does not have it either.
I am not sure if it was a boxoffice dud, or something else of the like, but one could only speculate the reasons.

Perhaps they don't have Bee Movie on Blu-ray because the DVD release was months ago. Also, people have already rented the DVD and BB doesn't see any reason to get any Blu copies. Thats my guess.

I had to update my credit card info this weekend and afterwards noticed that I only had one e-coupon. I sent an email and got a response saying "but you now have unlimited in-store exchanges". I replied back that I've always had unlimited in-store exchanges and want my second e-coupon back. She replied that I'd have to call in. I'll call them tomorrow and see what they say.

I talked to a different support rep today and was told that they have dropped all accounts to one e-Coupon and I should've received an email. Bummer.

Well, at least you guys are getting your E coupons... I have not recieved one in over 6 months!!! I have the 3 out at a time plan

How do you get the e-coupons? I also have not seen an option to print one out since BB changed and raised the prices on their plans months ago. Can only some people get this in certain markets or what?

About a year ago they did away with unlimited in-store exchanges for the same price and e-coupons for most accounts.

Some of the older grandfathered acoounts still get e-coupons but not me

By the way, has anyone noticed delays in renting new Blu-ray releases by their local BB? I went there today to pick up Drillbit Taylor, but the manager said they didn't get it in. He said he ordered it, but he never received it yet and that they have been having problems getting new releases in on Blu-ray right away and that some come a week later. I think this all has to do with the studios not manufacturing enough discs.

Well guys, I am the direct opposite. My local store has the BR titles...well the backer cards and my queue says "coming soon". WTF, 8 backer cards for Spiderwick [BR] and all of them out. The front desk guy says they "only" have two titles in at the moment. There will be Blood[BR] has been at my store...well the backer card (singular) for a couple of weeks and my queue still says "coming soon"

In my market, the store is ahead of BB online. No e-coupons for me. The only way I receive an e-coupon is to complain about a movie title that I never seem to get.

Ya my local BB is ahead of BB online. Now they are getting 4-8 copies of each title it seems, so now I really don't have to wait on most new releases very long, if at all.

I signed up in Dec using a code that got me the $19.95, 3 out, unlimited store exchanges, and monthly E-coupon deal. Rate has held steady, and I literally watch one movie a night and always do in-store exchanges. So I get 15 exchanges a month, plus the coupon. I'm a happy customer since my local store keeps me up to speed with new releases.

Quick question: how much are the "discounted" game rentals when doing an in-store exchange? I haven't found any specifics anywhere on the official Blockbuster site, just that they're "discounted".

I just checked my account this morning and my price was raised $3 a month and they dropped one of the e-coupons. I've ALWAYS had 3 at a time, unlimited a month, unlimited in-store exchanges, and 2 coupons for $16.99 a month until today.

THIS SUCKS.


Also, I've had DVD's in my queue for over 6 months and they have been on "Very Long Wait" the entire time. Comeon.... Frasier Seasons 7 and 8...Not available, Right!! How come I got all the other seasons. MASH - Goodbye and Farewell...not available...B.S.

Your lucky that you had that deal for this long. BB changed their prices long ago. The cheapest 3 out at a time is $19.99 I think now and you only get 5 in-store exchanges a month with no e-coupons -- or at least not for my account.

I'm thinking of joining BB rather than Netflix mostly because of the in-store exchanges. At least for now, very few people seem to be interested in renting BR and my local store usually has the newer releases on the shelves, at least the ones they choose to stock.

I quit Netflix last year after they claimed they didn't receive a disc I mailed back. (I never paid them for it and just canceled my subscription. They seem to have forgiven me because I keep getting emails to rejoin).

So, I lost a blu-ray copy of Unbreakable. Reported "I lost the dvd" through the website. Haven't seen any charges to my card, or emails letting me know they're going to charge me for it. Has anyone else reported that YOU lost a blu-ray (not lost in the mail), and did they charge you for it?
