I have gone through hell with this outfit. They ship from Canada using US Media Mail and no tracking. My order never arrived and communicating with them regarding a refund is like communicating with a mannequin.

Did you try their online chat service via their website?
I would try that.

USPS Media Mail shipments can take forever to arrive. Shipment times of four weeks are not uncommon.

And definitely use the inline chat service. I've had great luck with that. The downside is that the chat service is only available during business hours.

That's unusual. My shipments from iNetVideo generally arrive in about two weeks and in the one instance where I didn't receive my order they were very responsive to my request for a refund (I communicated via email). Evidently everyone's mileage varies.

I can't believe I just ordered some more HD DVDs... I thought I was done. There are a number of sellers on amazon selling HD DVDs (closeoutvideo, traderbora) that are selling them at 2.92-3.49 with free shipping.

You can never go wrong with HDDVDs.. especially when buying from places like inetvideo (http://www.inetvideo.com).. They're so cheap I always buy them first before Bluray.

I watched flags of our fathers on HD DVD, then watched the letters on netflix on demand by myself. I wanted to get it on HD DVD when the rest of my family watches it. I think I actually like Iwo Jima better.

I thought I had spartacus already, but it musta been a rental. There were a couple that I almost accidentally double dipped on like Tremors. I have gotten to the point where I need to check and make sure I don't already have it... Top Gun was another.

Yes,

It directs you to an e-mail for a good old fashioned run-around.
I filed a dispute with my credit card company and iNet video was forced to refund my credit card.
I'll never do business with them again. How can a company ship merchandise with absolutely no ability to track the shipment, especially internationally? If some of you had good luck with them go for it.

Did you try to connect to the chat service during iNet's business hours? I've had very responsive customer service through the chat system. And I was only directed to the email system after business hours.

Ditto. I've placed maybe 8-9 different orders with Inet. I had a problem one time, and it was remedied quickly via their Chat service.
You do have to keep checking to get them when they are online though.

I haven't been to the local Fry's in almost three months. So I popped in today and they only have two (2) titles left (King Kong & Nacho Libre). I find it very hard to believe they off sold everything in store. I'll check their website to see if anything's left.

Yep, they've still got titles online...but not too many left.

What would be the point of holding on to them?
My point was, after a ton of titles sat there for months and months, it seems they were nearly suddenly gone at once.

You mean, as if they dumped-or-sold them to a liquidator. But if they did that, why would they keep those two titles?

Three months is a long time for a retailer like Fry's; they prolly sold them though maybe one of the aisle-wanderering employees there (always seem to have them at the Austin Fry's) knows for sure. If I go-in there today I'll ask.
Liquidator is exactly what I was thinking. Anyways, an employee said there were only two titles left, but in actuality, I saw none.

I remember going in and seeing the few that Fry's had left. They were selling them for $3 each. The best title (and when I say best, I mean, it only sucks) they had left was Norbit. This was about 6 weeks ago at the Austin Fry's. I asked at the time and that was their complete remaining stock. Everything else had been sold...so the drone told me.
Less than a month ago, I am sure I saw dozens of HD DVD titles at one or more Bay Area Fry's stores. Also, I thought Fry's was "the liquidator" who bought huge quantities of Canadian HD DVDs quite a while back already.
