I recently purchased the rear projection Sony KDS 60A3000 and absolutely love it. For about an hour or two a day, the low winter sun shines through my picture window and shines on the set. The manual says not to have the set in direct sunlight. Will the winter sun damage the set and does it matter if the set in on or off?
