Funny you just asked i am making a 1920x1080 test disc right now on iDVD waitng for it to burn. I used some test patterns i down loaded form a nec test pattern site cant remeber. I'll up load them to my Marquee down load site.

Maybe if i have the room I'll add the test disc i made up too.

Is there a reason the intensity of the focus dot pattern varies through the pattern? Seems like that wouldn't be a good idea.

PS. if some one has a 720p test pattern like the avec one for 1080i it be great also looking for a 1920x800/817p pattern for 2.35/40 aspect ratio for those who want to do Active area scanning to run higher refresh rates with out loosing bandwith.

1031, JPG is not a good format for images like this. It tends to "blur" the patterns, which is exactly what you don't want. GIF or PNG is much better for sharp-edged computer-generated images.
