Spanish: Dolby Digital 5.1
Portuguese: Dolby Digital 5.1

If you can provide more info on your setup, a solution could be forthcoming. Thanks.

I have a Yamaha V663, and I run a HDMI cable from the computer to the receiver then to the TV. The receiver will show PCM when I select mix to PCM but I have no idea if the correct track is being sent.

I guess I was reading the display wrong on my receiver. Both movies are TrueHD. So TrueHD shows up for Hangover but not Dave Matthews. I selected each of the three audio tracks and PCM showed up correctly as PCM output, Dolby showed up as Dolby output, but TrueHD only showed as Dolby (640 kps). Hangover showed TrueHD on TMT3.

I can't figure out how to do slow motion with this software. Please don't tell me this is not an option. Arcsoft is closed on Saturdays, which seems silly for $10 a call.

As a note, TMT5 allows you to select this in the program. Enough people bitched about the studios messing up BDLive that Arcsoft now allows us to disable it.

I get stable playback when launching TMT3 from desktop and playing from ripped folders. However, I am having a problem when launching tmt3 from media center. The video will freeze, audio when still go on, until everything freezes. It will recover again, but will remain choppy.

I have 4gb of ram, a core i3 h55 system, so hardware is not the issue. Besides, like I said, playback is perfect from desktop!

Any ideas??!!

Playing from disc, ISO, or folder...and where is the non-disc located if you are using it?

I found I have to occasionally power cycle my switch and reboot my storage server to clear up studdering issues.

Playing from folder rip on local computer and stored on DIY windows home server. I have experimented some more, and I think it was random that it was an issue from within media center. Seems like certain discs have persistent issues, like it is a movie studio issue. Sex and city 2 and Jonah hex bad, predators and robin hood flawless.

What type of video card are you using. I run ati 5670 and I find as of right now catalyst 10.9 to be the most stable and has the fastest vidoe playback speed. When I upgraded to 10.10 or 10.11 the video became choppy with audio pauses and dropouts.

I'm currently running Totalmedia Theatre 3 Platinum with the 3D patch. I tried playing back MvA and Bolt in 3D and was getting seperation of the picture. Basically I would see double images as the video was playing. Basically it was like everything was out of focus. I tried updating the Catalyst software to 10.10 and 10.11 but that made the video playback chopping and did not fix the image issue.

I have the overscan set to 0% and I tried turning the GPU scaling on and off but that had no effect on the problem. Has anyone else have any ideas what I can do to get this working?

Can anyone confirm they're able to play this disc with any version of Arcsoft TotalMedia Theatre?

I'm running v3.0.1.185 and both players (uDTStart.exe,uMCEDVDPlayer.exe) hang after selecting the 5.1 track

I'm on win7 64, ati 5850, catalyst v10.9

I have TotalMedia Theatre v5 but haven't installed it yet.

I'm really only looking for confirmation this title *can* play with *any* version of TotalMedia Theatre at this point.

I'm well aware of the myriad updates and hotfixes for both the latest v3 and v5 versions of TotalMedia Theatre as well as the ATI Catalyst drivers so no need to suggest I investigate those from folks who haven't actually tried this specific title etc.

Just picked up TMT3 and seems to play HDDVDs that I have fine. I am using the XBOX's HDDVD player on my laptop and it also runs it when using Windows Media Center to play back HDDVDs. It does what I need it to do if I wanna take HDDVDs on the go. I have a standalone BD player and so I only use this for HDDVDs when not hooked up to the xbox.

There is only one functionality I miss badly in TMT now, which exists in the alternatives. I really would like a keyboard shortcut to skip a specified number of seconds forwards or backwards (useful if you miss something and would like to re-watch).

Can something like this be achieved by any other means?

Quick call for help here, folks!

Installed the GTS 450 in my HTPC today and installed latest drivers including 3D Vision. Updated TMT to latest version also.

Playing back 3D for the first time from my HTPC through the Denon 4311.

I'm seeing the Denon as the display in my windows setup, not the RS40.

And the 3D Avatar disc gives me an error in TMT saying that it doesn't detect a 3D display device.

Any thoughts?? Sorry if this is a dumb question. Help!

If you had an ATI, I would be inclined to think it was an EDID issue which has been known to happen with Denons. I didn't say anything in your other thread though since you have the 450 and I wasn't sure if they have the issue. Tulli may know if that is the case though.

As a sanity check though, do you have the Denon set to do upconversion or straight video passthrough?

I was messing with my audio receiver yesterday and when I launched "kick-Ass" iso from my desktop I couldn't get HD audio. If I switched to PCM in TMT3 my receiver would show PCM and all 7 channels receiving signal. When I switch to back to same as source it would say DTS and 5 channels receiving audio.

Now if I launch the movie from inside WMC7, my reciever would display DTS HD when playing the movie, but it would only show 5 channels receiving signal not 7. Kick-Ass is a DTS-HD 7.1 audio mix right? What's going on? My receiver is a Yamaha V633.

I'm having problems playing Blu-rays from folders using TMT3 (v185). I don't seem to have any problems playing from disc.

I have an ATI Radeon HD 5750 and am running Catalyst version 10.12. My system has an Intel Core i3 540 and 4 GB RAM and I'm running Windows 7 Ultimate 64-bit.

When I try to play from folder, it changes the color scheme to basic and seems to start. After the first screen, the TMT3 screen goes blank. At this point TMT3 becomes unresponsive. However, the audio keeps playing (probably the background sound for the menu). I have to use task manager to end the process. When I try a second time, I get the bluescreen of death reboot.

Did you apply the Audio Hotfix 01 for TMT 3.0.1.185 necessary to support the Catalyst 10.12 drivers?

Yes, previously, I did install that audio hotfix and it doesn't make any difference. I still cannot player Blu-ray folders. I also noticed that 1 of those 3 files is actually older than the one included with the v185 update of TMT3. I tried it both ways.

Are you using the MC integrated TMT3 or the standalone application? I have not had any issues playing full folder rips of either blu-rays or DVD's since early on with TMT2. I have like 300 blu-ray folders and about 250 DVD's that I usually play from within MC using MyMovies3, but I do periodically use the standalone app when I am testing and I have no problems launching the movie from folders. I currently have both TMT3 & TMT5 installed on win7 x64 system using ATI 5570 video card and ccc 10.10e. Maybe tell us more details, standalone or MC interface, any library add-in, movie titles, what software you use to rip the folders (I use AnyDVD HD)...sorry if you have already provided this info.

Very Odd, OK when I navigate to the folder I click on the source icon, maybe it is a picture of a disc (I am away form home and am trying to recall from memory) and then point to the volume id main folder that AnyDVD has created and click OK which will launch the movie. Is this how you are launching the folder/movie?

The source icon is a folder. When I pick it, I then navigate to my Blu-ray rip folders. These were created using AnyDVD HD. I select the top folder, which has the title. In this case "One Flew Over the Cuckoo's Nest" (inside that folder are the BDMV and CERTIFICATE folders, etc.). TMT3 then starts displaying animated logos from the BD. At the taskbar, a message "color scheme has been changed to Windows 7 Basic" pops up. Then the main menu is suppose to appear on TMT's screen. The last time I tried, the menu actually did come up, but usually I get a black screen. Even if it does display the menu, I can't do anything because TMT becomes unresponsive.

I tried this with several other titles, and as it turns out, they work fine. I can only reproduce the problem with "One Flew Over the Cuckoo's Nest."

So there must be something unique with that BD.

BD folders was always hit or miss for me w/ TMT3 some worked some gave me a blank screen, I do everything from 7MC. I never had issues w/ ISOs so I just rip everything to ISO, but I'm curious to know why folders had issues. BTW I also use AnyDVD HD but not all folder rips were ripped using it's rip function.

hi guys. sorry if this question already has been answered in this thread but can't fully go trough 146 pages, so will ask it here. just installed tmt5 and like it a lot, this is my first use of this soft, but having one big issue, cant choose from audio streams of mkv file, it only plays one that is set as a default, when with media player classic or gom i can do it in no time. can you please advise why choosing audio streams in mkv files is not functional? thanks in advance

Not to sound rude....but.....since when did a software maker had to consider every possible scenario as a "requirement"?? Who said TMT MUST MUST playback MKV or be able choose to audio tracks inside an MKV (or anything else related to MKV)??

I commend Jason for not blowing his top every time the word MKV pops up in relation to TMT....I probably don't have that kind of patience.
