BH, Orlando - Intermittent audio during HBO white Credits

I have a SA 8300 HD DVR and everything works fine except during HD White on black text credits - typically HBO produced programming. I will get perhaps 3 to 6 one second long audio dropouts when I see such credits.

I am pulling DD audio from the optical port of the SA 8300

Note this ONLY happens during white text credits.

Is this just me or is it systemwide?

Any ideas what it might be
